San Diego interior designer Stephanie Parisi’s transformation of her own home in Rancho Santa Fe balances its original charm with the needs of modern-day living.
“What intrigues me and draws me to the creative process is its ability to engage those who experience a space on an emotional level,” says designer Stephanie Parisi. Her Philosophy is based on an understanding of both the aesthetic appeal of art and also its power to support a client’s own sense of self-expression.
For classic specs that never go out of style, these designers are tried & true … these classic maestro’s may take inspiration from history but their interiors are anything but dated.
The spaces that we live in influence the physiological and psychological aspects of our bodies and psyches. A personal wellness retreat with neuro-architectural elements was designed by Stephanie Parisi Studio for a physician who works a combination of day and night shifts.
“My fiancé and I lived at the coast in Del Mar and had taken a staycation at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe,” recalls Stephanie Parisi. “Staying in the heart of the town for a few days inspired us to look for a home in that area. After searching for over a year, one morning I saw an intriguing listing for a property in the newspaper and arranged a visit for that afternoon.”
Stephanie Parisi shares with British magazine Homes & Gardens ideas about using the non-verbal language of color to create serene and comforting sleeping spaces.
