“My fiancé and I lived at the coast in Del Mar and had taken a staycation at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe,” recalls Stephanie Parisi. “Staying in the heart of the town for a few days inspired us to look for a home in that area. After searching for over a year, one morning I saw an intriguing listing for a property in the newspaper and arranged a visit for that afternoon.”
